You will recall my hosp0012.txt of 26-Apr-2000, in which I offered to co-operate in existing litigation to determine the correct disposition of the Sunshine issues relative to the Authority and the debts of Memorial Hospital-West Volusia, Inc.
At that time, the Board preferred that I commence separate litigation at such time as would suit.
Pursuant to the Board’s expressed desire, I have done this thing. I enclose a herewith copy of the initial pleading --> (but not the attachments thereto); a copy the entire filing will be delivered within a few days.
